After surviving a near-death experience postpartum, I became deeply passionate about understanding the healing power of food, nature, and self-awareness. That journey led me to explore plant-based nourishment, botanical wellness, and sustainable lifestyle practices—an approach I now share with women and families seeking greater clarity, energy, and confidence in their health.

My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, uncover hidden imbalances, and feel empowered to live fearlessly by nature.

At Fearless By Nature, I help women who feel dismissed, exhausted, or disconnected from their bodies—especially those facing hormonal imbalance, thyroid and PCOS challenges, digestive issues after gallbladder removal, food sensitivities, and stress-driven symptoms. Through holistic, trauma-informed nutrition and gentle, nature-centered lifestyle guidance, I support women in rebuilding trust with their bodies and creating sustainable nourishment habits that lead to renewed energy, emotional balance, and deeper confidence. I also welcome neurodivergent adults and families seeking sensory-aware, compassionate nutrition support.
